Acts and Statutes only apply to fake names. You are already a criminal for using the fake name. Identity fraud and acknowledging instrument in false name. 15 years in the hole before you bring your fake arguments. You are also 15 years in the hole for attaching your name to the fairy dispute.
You can embellish your fake story. Why not? Who will notice if you heap fake on fake? Or what about heaping that onto the 15 years that you thought I didn’t notice.
“I’m not a criminal”. Where have I heard that before? Do you have a commercial bond in case some fake names get hurt in the making of this story? Are you incompetent or complicit? But you are pretty sure that you are going to force me to commit perjury and cover the bond that you never had in the first place. You know, just to make sure we don’t hurt the feelings of people that don’t exist. Have you thought of going into used car sales?
Of course there is no conflict of interest on your part. You are just looking out for your family. What use would you be to them behind bars. Fictions cannot make anything but more fictions. I don’t debate with liars but don’t let that stop you. I would love to hear your fake story. I enjoy taking fake confessions.

Profession of all title holders is fraud without exception. Using a fake name to harm others while claiming immunity or hiding behind a fake name. Also trafficking and dealing in fake names. The Criminal Code tells the whole story. The criminals are running the asylum.
I have never met one of you crooks that will debate me on the Criminal Code. Some of you have tried. A few questions in I get the cold shoulder. Your fake storytelling skills run out of steam. Then they fake indifference.
