My last appearance in court. Or did I appear?
I had racked up a few traffic violations and returned them for fraud. The next time they pulled me over they gave me a summons to appear. No fine. They wanted to spank me.
I went into the prosecutor’s office with a photocopy of the ticket. I don’t know if this was necessary but I didn’t want to have their copy on me. I have a belief that they consider their copy a forgery as they only give you carbons. You are uttering a forged document in their minds. Remember, they have many tools to fool. It was part of my ruse also. I could have been legal counsel for the victim.
I put down the ticket and said I was here to clear up this matter. There has been a case of mistaken identity. Who are you I was asked. My friends call me Kevin, I said. I was then called Mr. last name of accused. I said that wasn’t me. What is your last name then? I said I didn’t have one. The prosecutor clammed right up and fumbled for the panic button under the desk. Are you hitting the panic button? Yes. That was easy.
There was plenty of ammo left in my toolbox but she knew it was over. No need to tell her I was a victim of fraud, a third party intervenor, a private party, a patsy, nor did I have to question her on some Criminal Code violations that were obvious and glaring.
I walked out of the office and started down the hall. That’s when the two policemen considered me such a threat that one grabbed my arm while his accomplice walked way too close on my other side. I found out later about a third in plain-clothes lurking behind. I didn’t resist just repeated over and over, and very calmly, to let go of my arm. When they got me way down the hall, just before the doors and out of earshot of the other sheeple lining up to be fleeced, I was released and told that if I did not identity myself then we couldn’t do business. Imagine that! I show up at the law house and they are afraid to talk law.
I of course knew that and was telling them the same thing only in words that they could understand, I was saying in essence, I am ineligible to do business with fictional entities. I don’t have the credentials. I am not authorised, lack of authority to act on behalf of a legal name. When you deny the legal name, it is like going in there with a legal sledgehammer, and it demolishes them before they know what hit them. They have always abandoned their claims with me when denying the name because they don’t want any of that discussed in court.
That is also why they had a prosecutor’s office, so the case was predetermined before getting to the judge. Remember once they have the name you are already guilty. You only think you have a defence after that. The best defence is a good offence. I do not know or care if a warrant was issued. They know where to find me if they would like to have another non-talk about it. Been a couple of years and they don’t write or call.
You don’t have to present any silly arguments. You have the Criminal Code on your side. It is illegal to use a legal name. Section 403 of the Criminal Code. Identity fraud. That is Canadian but you will have same in your country. I have the app on my phone for quick reference. They are the real criminals. Don’t be afraid to stand your ground. I have used this and versions of this for many years and it has never failed me.
The Criminal Code is your best friend. Make it your crapper reader. I did for many years and it opened my eyes. Don’t believe the naysayers. I live and breathe this stuff and it is not a theory. We know more about building codes and fire codes and hardly use that stuff. This book will help you chase away every shuckster if you can read code.
The Criminal Code is the most important law book in any country. Other acts and statutes have to circumvent the Criminal Code and that’s what invalidates them when you stay in private.
