These are some of the tools that the tools with titles will use against you. They want to create a dispute with your words. Without a dispute their lives are meaningless. Learn their make believe words for your protection.
“Do you refuse” is a common trick. He has assumed that you are obligated. By saying yes I refuse, you have created the dispute. Remember they are fictions and fictions cannot create. A good practice is to watch political debates. They are the word fairy masters. Try to catch one giving a direct yes or no answer. If they use either of these words there will be disclaimers attached. You only imagined that the prick said anything real.
There is a sound legal reason for this. A fiction cannot create. A legal maxim. We are really answering to invisible people legally speaking. They are under oath and have a title. Three people in one. A flaky schizophrenic.
Matthew at 5:33 knows all about this fraud. It says never make an oath. Let your answer be yes or no. Any more is from the evil one. Whoever that guy is. You can deny your fake name with this passage because it has an oath attached. If they put a bible in your hand and ask you to swear, you can tell them that they are cussing. They are so afraid of yes and no because the other fakes around them will pounce on it immediately. Section 403 of the Criminal Code says the same thing. 10 years for using a fake name. It’s called identity fraud. How can a flaky schizo with three names in which one of them is used to the detriment of others be an honest politician. We need to see through the obvious contradiction.
The Criminal Code couldn’t be clearer on this. Have you ever heard these oathers swear to anything but other fictions. They will promise you the world but swear to you nothing. They have made us the criminals for using yes and no. They are telling us exactly what they are doing, we are just not hearing. Open your ears and your eyes by spending five minutes to read the two passages I have quoted. Don’t be afraid of the bible if you are anti-religious. It won’t harm you and knowing this could save your life one day. I am not trying to save your soul. Only your physical body. Your soul is your private buisness. Learn how to sign their fake papers without signing. Pretend you are a scumbag with an oath and a title and commit to nothing. I have been using “Per” in front of my autograph for many moons. There are other ways but I like to keep it simple.
If you try to be clever and they have your physical body you don’t want to alarm them. The legals and clerks might notice but I even do this with all bank documents. Yes I opened an account and that is what they have on file. Per is very simple. You are signing for another party without any obligation on your part. A very powerful three letters. Just as powerful, but more archaic is the three dots before and after your autograph. For example. …John Doe… This signifies that you wanted to say something else but were prevented by duress.
If they question that you tell them that you are doing what they asked and are just signing on the dotted line. This did work for me once. They had been accepting my signature for a number of years when they noticed what I was doing. Again I was under duress. They were threatening to stop providing services. I used the dots and they were happy. Think of your legal name as a vehicle and you are the driver. The vehicle cannot perform without a proxy. You are simply saying the vehicle is not you. It is the vehicle that is obligated and not you.
It is not fraud on your part to do this. You are preventing yourself from being the victim of fraud. The only way they can get to you is when you mistakenly claim to be the vehicle and that is fraud on your part. You are just not supposed to know this and they won’t tell you. It says I know the vehicle is engaging in commerce without my knowledge or consent. If you have any problem with me you will have to speak to the vehicle first and then have the vehicle speak to me. Everyone knows that vehicles don’t talk. Now they are in trouble not you. It turns around every legal situation because in a legal sense they have been caught talking to an inanimate object and claiming it to be you. That is fraud in fact.
Everything has a threat attached so you are always under duress. When I signed for deliveries at construction sites I would always protect myself. I would sign for pizza and protect. All medical documents especially should be signed this way. School registration for your children is even more important. If you are afraid to protect yourself at least protect them. They will never have the upper hand again. There are too many horror stories with schools where the parents were powerless because they had given up all rights when they signed that form. How would you like to take back the situation when you demand they show you where you gave up your rights. Don’t argue with them.
Tell them to speak to their lawyer. You can also use ( ) brackets to make anything on a legal document disappear. This is mandatory to use around postal and zip codes. That is how they get jurisdiction that is tied to your home address. I tried to enter a court document without a postal code. I argued they had this already on all of their documents. They said it didn’t matter. It was one of the mandatory requirements for filing and the first thing she looked for. I knew this of course. When I handed it back to her with an invisible postal code, she couldn’t see it was invisible and accepted it.
The judge in that case knew, along with other information I had given, what was going on. She showed respect and called me by name, thereby not putting me under oath. She gave me a knowing grin as she dismissed the case. Everyone before me that had charges dismissed was put under oath.
There was of course another reason I wasn’t asked to state my name for the record. She knew that I wouldn’t and that is not a debate they want to have in open court. That is probably the closest you will get to an admission from them. You can box something on a document which makes it a separate document. That’s why all their forms have boxes. They will always put their threats in boxes in all capital letters. The letters don’t mean anything when they are capitalised. They are not shouting at you. They are telling you nothing because if they put a real threat it would be breaking the law. These word fairies have control of your life if you don’t protect. They are more dangerous than a burglar. A burglar doesn’t want you home.
Anyway, that is over 30 years of study condensed for you to five minutes of reading. Two passages. The world is not as complicated when you see behind the magic word fairies curtains.
There are other ways to protect yourself in commerce and you do need protecting. All commerce is criminal activity. That’s how the fairies work their magic. It is made criminal because you need a fake name to participate and that is identity fraud. They are well aware of this. When you leave your house in the morning to provide for your family honestly, or so you thought, you are engaging in criminal activity.
