It exposes their entire fraud by deception and exposes them as the true criminals. They are all making use of a false name in violation of section 403 of the Criminal Code – Identity Fraud.
It only gets worse from there. It is a crime for anyone to use a false name to the detriment of others. They are performing this magic trick because most people don’t read or understand the Criminal Code. They want them to argue with them about the false name that they are carrying. They are using at least double the false names of the people they are accusing. That is they are claiming a false name through a false name. Making a fiction from a fiction. A blind first year law student should see it.
How is it illegal for us to use a false name to the detriment of another and it is legal for them to use two false names to the detriment of many. Is it the rule that those who have the most false names get to be the ones to make the rules? Fraud by deception.
But that is only the beginning. Their crimes now weave a spider’s web throughout the entire Criminal Code all the way up to treason. They are so afraid of this fact being exposed. And it is exposed. They want you to get into silly arguments with them about your false name. You don’t have to. The Criminal Code says it is.
I have denied my false name many times before and it has shut them down. Every time without fail. What are they hiding? Oh, but our law comes from the Bar in London and they are infallible they will tell you.
I shut down the Old Bailey at seventeen by denying the false name. I thought the wig was going to have a heart attack. He screamed at the policeman who brought me there and he began to look unwell. He screamed Sine Die and I was politely escorted from the Big Wig’s House of ill repute. Before that I was in their dungeons. You know the kind that have a block of wood for a pillow with a badly shaped notch. I was treated like a common criminal. That makes them uncommon criminals. Which is the legally more culpable criminal. The one who acts or the one who forces another to act.
That’s why the boots on the street are demanding to see your false papers.”We have a wooden pillow for you if you don’t”. Fictional fictions can’t make demands. Only threats.
How many of their accomplices were charged under the Criminal Code? It would be impossible to find some crime that they are not already committing on a daily basis with impunity. He would get a nod and a wink and they would both know what to do.
It wouldn’t be good to have a disgruntled colleague. Who knows what he might say. What if their non-disclosure agreements were disclosed? They charge us with acts and statutes that are only crimes if you are acting under a false name as per the Criminal Code. A code that everybody thinks is sacred and wouldn’t dream of doing any of the heinous acts described.
You think you are law abiding and because of that don’t feel any need to read it. Deception by omission. They then demand that we give them this false name. Fabricating evidence and Incitement to commit perjury, section 137 of the Criminal Code. A double whammy in one section. First they make up the story and have us swear to it. But the truth is that the evidence was pre-fabricated. We are meant to be screwed at hello. Fraud by deception.
They know what is going on. What if I said to them here is that fake name that you demanded from me. Can you prove that it is real. I don’t have to prove that it is false. I know it is and now they know that I know. Their false argument is that they don’t have one. I don’t have a false argument. Only facts. Not fictions.
Let’s talk about acknowledging instrument in a false name. Section 405 of the Criminal Code. They know I came to them with a false name because that is the only kind of name that can participate in the shenanigans. See section 19 of the Criminal Code regarding ignorance of the law as no excuse. Our ignorance is what they are relying on. Without it they would be out of business tomorrow. What is their excuse? They don’t have one. That’s the reason for the threatening behaviour.
They are experts on the Criminal Code when it comes to clobbering others with it. Their code is easy to read. All you have to do is hold it up to them like a mirror. Are they all incompetent or complicit?
A tax professor said to me that the tax laws were so complicated that if he ever met anyone who could understand them he would shake their hand. I offered him my hand. He wouldn’t shake it or even talk to me any more. I wasn’t being smart. I am a simple moron. If you need a legal name, aka false name to participate then it can be understood with one word – fraud.
I told Revenue Canada the same thing. They agreed. They haven’t bothered me since. They tell people they are in so much trouble and it is impossible for them to understand all the laws. But they happen to know a magic word fairy who will help them through it. I would be happy to have a chat with him. I would like to know where he was when he was supposed to be studying fraud law. Fraud is so important it is the basis of all law. If you can’t detect fraud then law is not your calling.
Just the mention of fraud in a dispute will shut it down until the issue has been resolved. Maybe I can help the word fairy with his ABCs. I will start him with colouring books first and then the Rorschach test. But of course they will say I just don’t understand. What part of fraud by deception do I not understand?
But they will claim their oath makes them special. Yes it does. It adds the charge of blasphemy. The bible is very clear about this oath fraud. Matthew 5:33. Never make an oath or you are from the evil guy. Sounds like they would lie to their own mothers. Where is their Judeo-Christian basis for this obvious contradiction? When they demand others to swear on this book they are ordering them to commit blasphemy.
Incitement to commit perjury is what their other book calls it. Two books and their mothers are calling them liars. Which one is correct? You don’t have to answer that. It was a trick question. They are all fictitious fictions. This knowledge will make any man a David among the Goliaths. Prove me wrong.
